The State of NJ has extended the ANCHOR program for homeowners and renters. Those who applied for the 2019 rebate, the new 2020 rebate will be filed automatically. Those who did not apply in 2019 will be able to apply for the 2020 ANCHOR rebate. If you need to make changes to your 2019 application, such as bank account or address, please contact us ASAP. All new applications are due by December 29, 2023. The refund for renters will be $450-$700, depending on your age in 2020. The refund for homeowners will be $1,500-$1,750, depending on your age in 2020. Our filing fee is $45.
