Our purpose is to offer our clients at a national level in the United States, specialized and strategic consulting in accounting and taxes, for the best decision making at a personal and business level. Carrying out in each case the required procedures in accordance with legal regulations and the completion of the required formats until their presentation before the different Federal and State goverments.
OUR VISION
History
Smarthax LLC was created by its owner Martha L García in 2012 in the State of New Jersey, to solve the tax needs for clients.
In 2015, the number of clients increased, and Martha had her sister as an assistant. Additionally, the advisory services are part of the company’s new service portfolio, to which several members of the family were incorporated, including an additional accountant who improved several processes and helped to grow and organize the company.
Smarthax is currently a specialized IRS agent (IRS CAA). We help prepare TPS (Temporary Protected Status) and citizenship applications, as well as advice with job retirements, insurance, health aid and others particular needs for clients and immigrants. Today, the company has professional employees, more than 300 individual clients and more than 45 companies in different states, including New York, Florida, Massachusetts, Vermont, Pennsylvania, Utah, and California. The company has helped form more than 100 companies in different sectors such as construction, restaurants, beauty salons, landscaping, supermarkets, real estate rentals, cleaning among others.
Our main objectives are oriented to
• Generate accounting solutions tailored to the needs of our clients.
• Analyze the income and expenses of our clients, as well as the calculation of taxes.
• Provide specialized advice on accounting and taxes.
• Assist our clients in answering questions related to tax issues that may affect personal transactions or business operations.
• We elaborate the proper forms of taxes on sales and payroll until its presentation.
• We offer training to our clients on topics of interest, such as how to create a new company, how to correctly keep their accounting, budgeting, financial decision-making, and business expansion.
• Provide services of notarial authentications and translations of documents into the English language.
Vision
Our consulting company will grow the number of its clients by 25% by 2025, serving in addition to individuals and companies, and will be recognized by the general public, as a highly prestigious consultancy with excellent professionals, who support and guarantee their services.
Martha L García
Martha is graduated from Montclair State University with a degree of Bachelor of Science, Accountancy. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
She has worked for over 30 years for CPA firms. Martha created Smarthax LLC in 2012 as a way to help small business tackle the important task of managing the bones of their business. As a business owner she has experience starting a business from scratch, handling all aspects of the accounting and tax process.
Her knowledge of not only accounting and taxes but the day-to-day running of a business enables Martha to ensure that her clients receive the best service.
